sympathy card

 SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS

HOW TO CREATE & ASSEMBLE:

  1. Stamp the inside sentiment on one of the (4” x 5 1/4”) pieces of white cardstock.
  2. Ink the top half of the image stamp in Garden Green then ink the lower half with the blueberry. Use the blending brush to lighten up the blue.
  3. Stamp image on the other (4” x 5 1/4”) piece of white cardstock. Then lightly stamp the image over the sentiment without re-inking.  (This idea I got from Frenchie Stamps)
  4. Stamp a sentiment on the front piece of the card.
  5. Adhere the sentiment to the inside.
  6. Wrap the ribbon around the bottom of the card front adhering in the back with a mini glue dot on each end of the ribbon.
  7. Tie the smaller piece of ribbon in a knot around the attached ribbon. Once you have it placed where you want it, place a mini glue dot behind it to adhere it to the card front so it won’t move or come untied.
  8. Attach this to the (4 1/8” x 5 3/8”) piece of green cardstock then attach this to the card front.
  9. (Optional): Stamp the back of your envelope to match your card.
