I seem to like cards that lend themselves to the more feminine side so I wanted to try and make a card that was a little more masculine. This can be a congratulations for a promotion, a job well done, getting a scholarship, getting. job. . . and of course the crd fun fold could be used for any occasion.
I’M SO HAPPY FOR YOU

HOW TO CREATE & ASSEMBLE:
- Fold your card base at both score lines (base: 5 1/2” x 8 1/2” scored at 2 1/8” & 4 1/4”)
- Take the two (2” x 2” scored at 1”) squares of pecan cardstock fold them on the score line and adhere these to the card front; one on each side of the 2 1/8” score line with the folds of the squares facing each other. Adhere these wherever you will want to position your greeting. (I opted to center mine.) Allow to dry.
- Stamp sentiment on the (2 1/8” x 3 1/4”) piece of Vanilla Cardstock. Adhere this to the (2 1/4” x 3 1/2”) piece of Pecan cardstock. Set it aside.
- Adhere the two (1 7/8” x 5 1/4”) pieces of DSP to the front sections of the card base.
- On your other (2 3/4” x 5 1/4”) piece of vanilla cardstock, stamp your inside sentiment (vertical) and adhere to the inside of your card closest to the fold.
- Take your (1 1/4” x 5 1/4”) piece of DSP and adhere it just to the right of the inside sentiment using dimensional because this will hold your card open when it is standing.
- Die cut some branches in different colors and adhere these to the back of the sentiment piece from step 3.
- Adhere this to the small flaps on the front of your card..
- Add a couple of gem embellishments.
- Adhere the last piece of DSP to your envelope flap to coordinate.
