                 MAGNOLIA FRIENDSHIP CARD

DIRECTIONS:

1.     Base of card Whisper White Cardstock 8 ½” x 5 ½” scored at 4 ¼”.

2.    On Whisper White Cardstock squares  1 ½” x 1 ½”,  stamp a Poppy on each one in Memento black.  Color with Petal Pink, Old Olive, and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends.  Stamp the sentiment in Powder Pink on a scrap of whisper white (Give it a distressed look going around the edges using a dauber dipped in the same color stamp pad.).

3.   Adhere these squares to Soft Sea Foam cardstock squares 1 5/8” x 1 5/8” using snail or multipurpose glue

4.   Cut a piece of the Designer Series Paper 5” x 2”.  Adhere this to a piece of Soft Sea Foam cardstock 5 ¼” x 2 ¼”.  Adhere this to the lower part of the card base.

5.    Using mini Stampin’ dimensionals adhere the three squares evenly spaced on the card front. (just above the piece with DSP)

6.    Adhere sentiment with Mini Dimensionals to card front.

7.    Stamp a poppy on front of the envelope and color. (optional)

Directions:

     1.    Run Petal Pink (4” x 5 ¼”) cardstock through die cut machine in the Swirls and Curls embossing folder. Adhere to card front.

     2.   Run Early Espresso cardstock through die cut machine using Rectangle Stitched Framelits Die.  Adhere to card front.

     3.   Either free hand cutting or using the Banner Triple Punch create a banner end on one end of each of the two narrow pieces of the Designer Paper. Adhere them to the card front, off setting them to create a look you want.

     4.   With scraps of Mossy Meadow cardstock and die cut machine, cut out leaves to embellish card.  Adhere to card front.

     5.    On scrap of white cardstock, stamp sentiment in Early espresso then using die cut machine, cut out shape using the Stitched Nested Labels. Adhere over the leaves using dimensionals.

     6.   Tie a double bow with Mossy Meadow linen thread and using a mini glue dot adhere to corner of sentiment,

     7.   Stamp sentiment inside card.

     8.   Embellish flap of envelope with additional designer paper (optional).
