HERON BIRTHDAY CARD

 I love this bundle. It can be mixed with the Oceanfront stamp set to make other cards. You can even use the flying one and hang a baby bundle from it and say it's a stork. Have fun with it. 

HERON BIRTHDAY CARD

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

  1. Stamp sentiment to the inside of your card.
  2. Adhere the piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock to the card front. Set aside.
  3. Run the piece of Old olive cardstock and the piece of crab Cake cardstock through the emboss machine using the reeds die.  Set aside.
  4. On the long thinner piece of white cardstock, stamp your heron, the cattail, and the sentiment for the front of the card.Run these through the emboss machine with corresponding dies. Set aside. If you want to add some color your heron color with the light balmy blue stampin’ blend.
  5. (Optional) While you are doing this stamping, stamp the front of your envelope.
  6. Use the circle template and the daubers or blending brushes to make a sun in the upper right hand corner.
  7. Stamp a flying heron.
  8. Create your background scene stamping and adhering reeds and cattails. 
  9. Adhere the standing heron die and sentiment with stampin’ dimensionals. Voila!

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

  1. Stamp the thank you sentiment on one of the pieces of Gray Cardstock and adhere to the inside of the card.
  2. Run the second piece of Gray cardstock through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine in the Painted Texture embossing folder. Adhere to the card front.
  3. Run the smaller piece of Blackberry Bliss cardstock through the  emboss machine with the stitched rectangle die.  Adhere to the card front.
  4. Using the Stamparatus® stamp your flower.on the white cardstock (leaving enough room to stamp the stem in mossy and the sentiment in blackberry.)  First in Red then with the second stamp in Blackberry. 
  5. (Optional: stamp the envelope to coordinate.)
  6. Run all of these through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine.  (You will definitely want to use some washi tape or sticky note to hold in place.) 
  7. Adhere these to your card front using dimensionals.
  8. Embellish with rhinestones.

DRAGONFLY FRIENDSHIP CARD

Another very serene card with light colors, and a simple message.  Obviously the message can be changed to whatever you need it to be.  Nice and simple. 

DRAGONFLY FRIENDSHIP CARD

HOW TO ASSEMBLE: 

  1. Take the smoky slate piece of cad stock and run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine in the embossing folder.  Set aside.
  2. Take your piece of white cardstock and using the die cut machine, die cut out three rectangles.
  3. Stamp the images on the 3 rectangles with the smoky slate ink. (Optional) Stamp the inside of your card and the front of your envelope.
  4. Adhere the three stamped strips to the strips of Balmy Blue Cardstock.
  5. Spacing these three strips out, adhere them to your piece of embossed cardstock. Adhere this to the card front using dimensional. Set aside.
  6. Stamp the dragonfly in Basic Gray on the small piece of blue cardstock then punch out the dragonfly.
  7. Stamp the sentiment on the strip of smoky slate cardstock and using the banners punch punch out the two ends.  ( I always recommend turning the punch ver to make sure you aren’t crooked or that you don’t accidentally punch part of the words.)
  8. Adhere the sentiment to the card front using dimensional.
  9. Take your piece of vellum first rub with the embossing buddy.  
  10. Stamp the vellum using Versamark ink, then sprinkle with the embossing powder making sure to cover the entire dragonfly.  (Wipe the stamp off asap please.) Then, using the heat tool set the embossing powder.  It will get shiny. Punch the dragonfly out using the punch.
  11. Attach the vellum dragonfly to the blue dragon fly using dimensional. Adhere to the card front.
  12. Add Rhinestones.
