The ladies had fun with this stamp set and creating different trees for their cards. I think each card came out slightly different which is always fun for me to see.
YOU TRULY INSPIRE ME
HOW TO:
1. With the Stampin Cut & Emboss machine die cut the birds in Misty Cardstock, the tree trunk in Espresso Cardstock, and the tree in the DSP. Adhere to the slightly smaller piece of vanilla cardstock.
2. Adhere this to the Cajun Craze cardstock. Wrap the baker’s Twine around the lower portion of the piece you just created and tie in a bow (or knot).
3. Adhere this to the card front using Dimensionals.
4. Adhere the other piece of vanilla cardstock to the inside of your card and stamp the sentiment in Espresso ink and add the “splats” in Cherry Cobbler (stamping twice to have some slightly lighter).
5. Stamp the sentiment in espresso on a piece of vanilla and using the double oval punch, punch out the sentiment with smooth edge.
6. Use the same punch and punch out a scalloped oval in Cajun Craze and one in Misty Moonlight cardstocks. Layer them with the sentiment on top and then the other two colors however you would like. Adhere this to the card front using dimensionals over the twine.
7. (optional) Stamp the envelope with a tree in espresso and the top in the Cherry Cobbler.
