Memories of Yesterday Sympathy Card

MEMORIES OF YESTERDAY SYMPATHY CARD

This card could easily be turned into a birthday card, thank you, or Happy Springtime card just by changing the sentiment used. Some of my guests did just that as they did not need a sympathy card.  I also accidentally cut my stems too short so you may opt to keep them a little longer.

Directions:

     1.    Using the Stamparatus, stamp your tulips and leaves on the three small squares of white cardstock.  (flowers in Heather or Daffodil and leaves in Pear Pizzazz) Use the Tulip builder punch to punch them out.  Set aside.

     2.   Using the scraps of white, stamp the stems in Pear the fussy cut them out. Set aside.

     3.   Stamp the sentiment in Heather on the small piece of white cardstock then use the layering circle die, cut it out. Cut out the layering circle on the small piece of Gorgeous Grape.  Adhere the sentiment to this.  Set aside.

     4.   Run the larger piece of white cardstock (3 7/8” x 3 ½”) through the emboss machine in the Coastal Embossing Folder. Adhere this to the top of the piece of Grape (5 ¼” x 4”)Cardstock.

     5.    Adhere the piece of DSP (3 7/8” x 1 ½”) just below that white piece.

     6.   Adhere flowers, stems, and leaves to this. Adhere the sentiment circle. Adhere the bow with a glue dot.

     7.   Adhere this to your card front using dimensionals.

     8.   (Optional) Stamp the smaller tulip bulb and smaller leaf on envelope front to coordinate with your card.
