Directions:

1. Start with an 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of Seaside Spray Cards stock; scored at 4 1/4". 
2. Adhere a 2" x 5 7/16" piece of Seaspray Designer Series Paper to the bottom front of the card.
3. Tie a 15" piece of the ribbon around the front of the card; just covering the top of the Designer Paper.  Tie it in a knot o the front left side and trim off extra.
4. Using Seaside Spray Stamp Pad, stamp your hot air balloons on the white card stock. Stamp sentiment on one of the balloons.
5. Use Hot Air balloon punch to punch out. 
6. Use Soft Suede Stamp Pad to stamp baskets. (I find it easier to stamp baskets after they are punched out.)
7. On a piece of 3 3/4 " x 2 3/4" piece of Whisper White Cardstock, stamp clouds in Seaside Spray.
8. Adhere that stamped piece of card stock to a 4 x 3 piece of seaside Spray Card stock.
9. Adhere one balloon with Snail and the other with Dimensionals (optional).
10. Adhere this to card front with Dimensionals.
