Scalloped Shape Card

This is a fun way to make cards a little more unique.  You can use a variety of designs (hearts, florals, diamonds....) and of course use and designer series papers and colored cardstock you have on hand. HOW TO CREATE & ASSEMBLE:

1. Fold and burnish your card base (5 1/2” x 8 1/2” scored 4 1/4”)
2. Lay the largest scalloped circle on the card base with a bit slightly hanging over the fold and run through the die cut machine.. Since your cardstock is doubled, you should probably run it through twice. Set aside.
3. Run the piece of DSP through using the next smaller layered scalloped circle . Trim to layer on the front of the crd base and adhere it.
4. Run the white cardstock through using that same scalloped circle.  Stamp the sentiment and trim to fit on the inside of your card.
5. With the smaller piece of white cardstock, stamp the sentiment for the front.  You will need to use masking paper (or a sticky note) to cover the “of you” and only ink the “Thinking” and stamp. Now do the opposite covering the “thinking” and inking the “of you” and stamping it just below the work “Thinking”.  Once that is done you will have to be creative to die cut out. Ask me for. Help if you’re not sure how to do this.
6. Die cut out a flower in Fresh Freesia.  Adhere the sentiment with Dimensionals®.
7. Adhere flower with a dimensional® Embellish with a gem.
8. Add a little bow with mini glue dot.
9. For your envelope. Adhere the strip of DSP on the tip of the flap. Then run it through the die cut machine using the scaled die.
