Thank You For Everything

This card was quick and easy.  I wanted to maximize the use of my Designer Series Paper so that I could make multiples of this same card. I cut each 6" x 6" piece in half and then cut each piece at the 4" leaving me with a 3 x 4" and a 3" x 2" piece. I brought in some of my retired Mint Macaron cardstock because it looked beautiful with this paper. The DS"P has been retired however, there may still be some of this on our Clearance Rack.

 THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

 HOW TO CREATE & ASSEMBLE:

  1. Adhere your 4” x 5 1/4” piece of cardstock to the front of your card base (8 1/2” x 5 1/2” scored at 4 1/4”)
  2. Cut your piece of DSP to whatever size you like.  I opted to cut my DSP 3”x 4” and 3” x 2” but I left the paper intact incase you prefer to be different. (Other possibilities: (2) 3” x  3”; or 3” x 1” and 3” x 5”)
  3. Mat your pieces of DSP on the cardstock leaving 1/4” around on all sides. (Again, I did not trim it to fit in case you opted to be different.)
  4. Arrange these on your card front however you would like.
  5. Die cut the small piece of petal pink cardstock with the stylish shape die.  (One end will not be cut but that’s okay.) Stamp the sentiment on the piece you just die cut.
  6. Before adhering the sentiment to your card front, die cut the additional shells and seaweed and create your design. Once you have it figured, adhere y our pieces down.
  7. I added a pearl inside the shell.
  8. Stamp your sentiment and maybe a little design on the inside of our card.
  9. (Optional) stamp a design on your envelope.
