DRAGONFLY FRIENDSHIP CARD

Another very serene card with light colors, and a simple message.  Obviously the message can be changed to whatever you need it to be.  Nice and simple.

DRAGONFLY FRIENDSHIP CARD

Cased from Laura Seki

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

  1. Take the smoky slate piece of cad stock and run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine in the embossing folder.  Set aside.
  2. Take your piece of white cardstock and using the die cut machine, die cut out three rectangles.
  3. Stamp the images on the 3 rectangles with the smoky slate ink. (Optional) Stamp the inside of your card and the front of your envelope.
  4. Adhere the three stamped strips to the strips of Balmy Blue Cardstock.
  5. Spacing these three strips out, adhere them to your piece of embossed cardstock. Adhere this to the card front using dimensional. Set aside.
  6. Stamp the dragonfly in Basic Gray on the small piece of blue cardstock then punch out the dragonfly.
  7. Stamp the sentiment on the strip of smoky slate cardstock and using the banners punch punch out the two ends.  ( I always recommend turning the punch ver to make sure you aren’t crooked or that you don’t accidentally punch part of the words.)
  8. Adhere the sentiment to the card front using dimensional.
  9. Take your piece of vellum first rub with the embossing buddy.
  10. Stamp the vellum using Versamark ink, then sprinkle with the embossing powder making sure to cover the entire dragonfly.  (Wipe the stamp off asap please.) Then, using the heat tool set the embossing powder.  It will get shiny. Punch the dragonfly out using the punch.
  11. Attach the vellum dragonfly to the blue dragon fly using dimensional. Adhere to the card front.
  12. Add Rhinestones.
