SPIRAL DYE/HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS

Once I figured out how to do this technique with the ink refills, I was hooked!  I can't wait to use this stamp with other colors and with other stamps. Have fun with it,  It was a class favorite.

SPIRAL DYE HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

     1.    Put one or two drops of each of the ink refills on a clear block.

     2.   Using the daubers (different dauber for each color ink) and starting with the lightest color (yellow on this card) dab the spiral dye to ink it and do the same with other colors to create the design of your choice.

     3.   You have the choice of stamping directly on to your white cardstock as is or give the stamp a little spritz of water before stamping down. Then spritz the stamp and stamp your envelope as there is enough ink to do two or three stamps.  Set aside.

     4.     Either using the same technique or just on of the stamping pads, stamp the sentiment on the small piece of white cardstock then trim the piece down a bit.

     5.    I chose to also stamp a sentiment on the other piece of white cardstock to go on the inside of the card.  Again, this can be done using the technique or just a classic stamp pad.

     6.   Wrap the ribbon around the lower half of the tie-dyed piece of cardstock adhering it in the back then adhere this to the card front.  Use dimensionals to attach the sentiment on the bottom right corner.
