Happy Birthday to my Beautiful Friend

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BEAUTIFUL FRIEND

Depending which floral print you choose to use on this card, you can make the color of your flowers coordinate. I had seen an idea similar to this and as I was watching the video I accidentally deleted it so then I went looking for another way to make my window work and I found a different fun fold card that would work for the cut out I had made so I'm not sure if this is "cased", but I don't know who I would give the credit to.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE:

     1.     Adhere the piece of DSP to the front of your card. Set aside.

     2.    Run one small piece of white cardstock through the die cut machine with the smaller of the three stitched rectangles.  Stamp the sentiment on the top in Heather. Set aside.

     3.   On the other small piece of white cardstock, stamp your flower/stem and then run through the die cut machine. Adhere these to the small white rectangle using dimensionals.  Set aside.

     4.   Take the Misty Moonlight cardstock placing the two smaller stitched rectangle dies (one centered inside the other) on it and run through the die cutting machine.  Keep the thin frame.  Set aside.

     5.    Run the piece of Mint Macaron through die machine with the largest of the three rectangle dies.

     6.    Set the white rectangle on your card front to know where you will die cut out your window. (You’ll want to go in from the right @ ¾” and @ ½’ from the bottom.  Run the cover through (face up) with the smallest of the rectangle dies.  Run through 2-3 times to make sure it cut through.  Set the window you just cut out aside you will not need it.

     7.    Center the sentiment and the framed rectangle on the macaron rectangle. Adhere down ONLY the white rectangle on the macaron rectangle.  Set this aside.

     8.    Adhere the misty frame to the front of your card framing your window.

     9.    Fold your (5 ¼” x 8”) piece of white cardstock on the score lines (4” & 2”) like a Z.  Adhere the largest section to the inside of your card.  Stamp your image in the lower left corner.

     10.  Fold the white in and set the rectangle on it to position it so that the sentiment and flowers can be seen through the window.  Adhere in place making sure to only adhere to the fold not to the inside of the card.

     11.  Optional stamp your envelope to coordinate with your card.
