Who doesn't enjoy receiving a Valentine's Day Card? I know I certainly do! You can switch things up by using a shade of blue maybe Misty Moonlight for a more masculine touch? The metallic edge ribbon comes in white however just take a stampin' blend in your favorite color and color it in for a color to match your project. I used Shaded Spruce at Christmas and Misty Moonlight for a sympathy card. The possibilities are endless!
HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY
DIRECTIONS:
1. Run the small rectangle piece of Rococo Rose Cardstock through the machine using the skinny edge die on all four sides. You will need to use washi tape to hold this in place.
2. Run the small rectangle piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock through the machine in the embossing folder. Adhere this on the piece from step 1.
3. Adhere this to the card front using dimensionals.
4. Run the small square piece of Rose cardstock through the machine with the ornate heart die. Set aside.
5. Run the small square piece of Vanilla cardstock through the machine with the stitched heart die. Stamp the sentiment in Rococo Rose ink. Set aside.
6. Run the small square piece of DSP through the machine with the stitched heart die. Make sure to carefully remove the heart outline as you will use both pieces.
7. Create your design on the front of your card using all these hearts.
8. Color the ribbon With the Rococo Rose Stampin Blend, once dried, tie in a bow attaching the heart charm. Attach this to your card front using a glue dot.
9. Stamp the larger piece of Vanilla cardstock and adhere it to the inside of your card. (optional- stamp the envelope to coordinate.)
