HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOU OLD GOAT
Cased from Tricia Smith
HAPPY NEW YEAR! Let's see if we can get this year off to a good start. I've had this goat stamp set for a while and finally pulled it out . I had more than a couple of December birthdays so I was looking for a variety of cards. I think this came out so cute. I hope you like it.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Line up your white cardstock on the Stamparatus using a magnet to hold it in place, first stamping the lower goat in black. (stamp off once if you want it lighter) DO NOT move the cardstock.
2. Next stamp the goat on top. (again, stamping off if you want the stamp lighter) In Soft Suede stamp some dirt below their feet.
3. Outline and/or color the goats in light Smoky Slate.
4. Adhere to the Daffodil Delight cardstock. Then Adhere to card front.
5. On a scrap of white cardstock stamp the “I got you a cake. . .” sentiment then run it through the embossing machine for the small square shape. Run a scrap of Daffodil Delight through with the scalloped edge square. Mount the sentiment on the Daffodil square. Adhere this to the card front upper left-hand corner.
6. Stamp the other sentiment on another scrap of white cardstock and trim it out. Adhere it to another scrap of daffodil cardstock and trim it out. (Keep it all trimmed close so it will fit on the card.)
7. Adhere a small coordinating ribbon.
8. On the inside of the card, Stamp the third goat in bottom right-hand corner (in black) and sentiment in Granny Green.
9. Stamp envelope with a goat to coordinate (optional).
