HOPE THINGS GET BETTER SOON

HOPE THINGS GET BETTER SOON

(Cased from Lisa Ann Bernard)

A big thanks goes out to Lisa for posting this card and the directions for the cuts. I'll share with you.  I'm not sure if I colored mine the same as hers but otherwise this is most definitely her idea.  So is it CASED or copied?  I'll say copied.  Thanks Lisa!  i hope you don't mind.

DIRECTIONS:

       1.     For this fun tri-fold card start with 8 ½” x 5 ½” piece of cardstock scored at 2 1/8” and 4 ¼”

       2.    Go up 2’ from the bottom and cut diagonal across the score line in to the top of the 4 ¼” score line.

       3.    On a 4 x 5 ¼” piece of Whisper white Cardstock go up 1 ¾” (on the 5 ¼” side) and cut diagonal across to the upper corner on the other side.  Next,  measure over 1-7/8 from each side and cut, taking a ¼” out of the middle.

       4.    Stamp your images and sentiments on the cut pieces of white cardstock in Memento Black, making sure that they are oriented in the correct direction. Make sure not to center the sentiment on the sloth piece.  It needs to be stamped to the left so that it will not e seen while card is closed.

       5.     Using the sponges, ink the top edges in the Seaside Spray ink and the bottom edges in the Old Olive ink.

       6.    Color your images then adhere to the card. Fold on the score lines.

       7.    Adhere the DSP on the appropriate side.

       8.    Stamp an image and color it on the envelope to coordinate with the card (optional).
