DIRECTIONS:

1.     Using Layering Squares, pop out a 2 ¾” x 2 ¾” square in Whisper White Cardstock.
2. Using Layering Squares with scalloped edge, pop out a 3” x 3” square in Real Red Cardstock.
3. Stamp the “wreath” in black on the white square then stamp stars around it using the three different color inks. Adhere this to the red scalloped cardstock to mat.
4.  Stamp a light bulb in your choice of colors and punch it out with the Christmas Bulb Builder Punch. Adhere it to the White square using Mini Dimensionals. Adhere this to card front. 
5. In black, stamp sentiment just below and to the right of the design square. 
6.  On the inside stamp the strand of light bulbs and color in with the Stampin’ Blends. Do the same to the envelope (optional)
