Halloween Fright Night

You can't tell by the photo but the image on the front lifts and reveals the word EEK! and there is a spider crawling in.  Then for the inside, I used wobblers (not a SU product.  I purchased them on Amazon) so that when the card is opened, the word BOO! jiggles and I attached a spider to it as well.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

    HALLOWEEN FRIGHT NIGHT

HOW TO CREATE & ASSEMBLE: Stamp sentiment on (3 3/4” x 5”) piece of white cardstock.  Adhere it to one of the (4” x 5 1/4”) pieces of black cardstock then adhere to the inside of the card. Set it aside.

    1. On the other piece of black cardstock stamp some lightning rods in craft white.  Set aside.
    2. (Optional) While you have that stamp out, stamp the strip (2 1/4” 5 3/4”) of black cardstock with lightning and sentiment. Adhere this to the flap of your envelope and trim around..
    3. On the larger piece of white cardstock, you will be stamping the two sentiments, die cutting them out along with the spider web. Using the dauber, destress the edges.
    4. Die cut out 2 spiders out of glitter paper.  Set aside.
    5. Die cut the Petunia Pop frame. From the inside piece, die cut out the words “EEK” and “BOO”.
    6. Use the circle punch to punch out a circle out of Crushed Curry then using the dauber, ink it using black ink.
    7. Run the petunia ribbon through the to of the large sentiment and loop around the top of the frame. Adhere the frame down to the black card front with Liquid glue.  Use a glue dot to adhere the ribbon. Allow the sentiment to move freely.
    8. Adhere the moon and the spider web down.
    9. Adhere the word “EEK” under the big white sentiment.
    10. Use a mini (black) dimensional® to adhere one of the spiders.
    11. Use  dimensionals® to adhere the Happy Halloween sentiment.
    12. Use dimensionals® to adhere this panel to the front of your card.
    13. To finish off the inside, adhere the word “BOO” using the wobbler and add a spider.  Be careful because some of the adhesive will show through so tap on it with a scrap to get some of the stickiness off. otherwise it will stick your card closed.

The fun thing about this post is that you don't need much to create 4 cards.  One pice of 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper of your choice and you are on your way to 4 great cards.I'm not linking you to my store because the hope is that you can use what you have on hand.  I will post photos of two cards using the same pieces but everything else is different.  So, go and have fun with this.
